I meet up with Nadia to discuss my chocolate making recipes. She buys some cacao liquor at the new Liquor store. By the bottle it looks like it’s made right here in Vilcabamba. We were looking for cognac because I made a chocolate I called Kundalini Rising back in Canada. It was inspired by discovering that vanilla, cacao and cognac all have the property of dialating the blood vessels and bringing more oxygen to the brain. This also delivers what’s in the mixture along with it.
