I get up at 5 am, stopped at Heather’s before arriving at Loja airport at 7:30 am.

My flight leaves at 9:25 am and 45 minutes later I arrive at the new Quito airport.
The driver sent to pick me up takes me to my Hosteria. It’s 5 minutes from the airport.
I eat lunch at a local restaurant for $2.
I engage in a conversation with two men from the US, Lee and Howard, who have spent a month in Ecuador checking out the possibility of investing in real estate in Ecuador.
The hosteria offers dinner as an option and I order fries and salad.
I talk with Heather and then with Celeste.
