Stephanie and I go for a walk around the loop. We get a bite to eat at Wendy and Justin’s new restaurant and then spend time together at Stephanie’s place.

I post the reward for the return of my iPhone on Facebook.

Pat comes by for a short visit.

I make a plain chocolate for Dennis and a hazelnut batch.

I receive my mail from Celeste.

I enjoy a visit with Heather.

Stephanie and I enjoy each others company at Shanta’s. We then walk to the police station to report my lost iPhone. From there we go to Janice and Bruce’s place to watch the movie Money and Life. MoneyAndLifeMovie.com. Katie Teague, the film’s director, writer and editor screens the movie and answers questions afterwords. It’s the largest audience for a movie at Janice’s ever.

My legs are sore still from yesterdays mountain climbing.

I take a taxi to Madre Tierra to see if anyone turned in my missing iPhone. No success.

I call my phone number and leave text messages in case someone has it. No success.

My iPhone is password protected so at least the information on it cannot be used.

I walk to the meditation center to say goodbye to Elske who is on her way back to Hanover.

I eat at the Chinese restaurant. Maggie walks by and joins me.

I walk to the meditation center and meet up with Elske. We walk to Rumi Wilco and take Trail 4 to almost the top of the heart mountain.

We sit at the top enjoying the view and Elske shares her fruit salad with me.

My legs get wobbly as we come down but we make.

It’s hot and we bathe our feet in the river which is ice cold.

We take a taxi back to my house for orange juice.

I walk Elske back to the meditation center and I take a taxi home.

I discover my iPhone has gone missing.

My body is ready for sleep.

Pat and I walk to Kitzia’s market. Soup and salad for lunch.

Pat, Stephanie and I walk back into the village.

Pat and I have tea at Pura Vida. Jade comes and sits and chats with us for a while.

Pat, Eliza, Stephanie and I walk to Shanta’s and enjoy pizza and conversation.

There is Vilcabamba festival going on in the square. The four of us play a game where you toss a dime and if you land in a square you can win money or movies.

I meet up with Elske at the meditation center. She gives me a quick sample of the treatments she does in Germany.

Stephanie, Elske and I walk over to Elena’s house for the raw lunch. Pat and Renata are already there. Chaska arrives a little later. The lunch is a tastebud delight.

Stephanie and I make orange juice from oranges picked fresh off the tree in my yard.

Power goes out.

Pat and I pick up large jars of coconut oil from Carl.

I pick up 3 packages arrive at the post office.

Power comes back on.

Pat, Galen and I eat at Che’s.

Bulldozing continues.

Marc comes by for a short visit.

I accomplish several programming tasks.

Happy full moon.

The bulldozer starts work on leveling the ground in the field directly in front of my place.

I walk the loop with Stephanie then she makes a yummy dinner. The conversation is wonderful.

I am exploring what’s involved in programming for mobile phones.

I Skype with Celeste.

I make a batch of almond chocolate and one experimental bar of ginger, cinnamon and jalapeño chocolate.

I take a taxi over to Sarah D.’s house which she is renting from Zia & Vinaya. It’s way up the mountain and gives a spectacular view of Mondango’s other side.

Sarah D. and I take a walk over to the Monastery and back.

Sarah D. cooks up salmon, pasta and a salad for a delicious dinner.

Great conversation until the taxi arrives to take me home.

Edgar drops of my order of 40lbs of cacao paste.

I work on some code.

Pat, Heather and I walk to Kitzia’s market for some good food.

Galen, Pat, Sienna, Eve and I meet for dinner at Cafe Cultura. The 5 course meal is very delicious and the conversation is intriguing.

I drop off chocolate at the meditation center.

I eat lunch at the Chinese restaurant.

I work on a special project.

Pat and I eat pizza at Shanta’s. The place is packed.

Pat and I are joined by Caroline for tea at Pura Vida. 

Another pasture will soon be making way for a house.

I work all day.

I Skype with Celeste.

Kaya is happy to receive her bar of chocolate in the mail.

I reward myself with a Portabella, Pesto and Cheddar cheese pizza at Mama Silvia’s for dinner.

Thomas and his friend come by and we make a ginger and a cinnamon chocolate.

Sarah D. comes over at noon and we make a batch of Ginger chocolate together.

Sarah D. and I have dinner at Sambuca’s.

I work on program changes.

I attend Stephanie’s beginner Spanish class. Amalaa and Dova are also in the class.

I have tea and conversation at Stephanie’s house.

I finish my program changes.

I sleep in until 11 am hopping fro dream to dream.

I Skype with Jeanette back in Toronto.

I do some software evaluating.

I make a batch of peanut butter and almond bits chocolate as well as a mint chocolate.

I walk to Kitzia’s market and I eat a bowl of soup and salad. Maggie, Tom and Steve sit with me. There are artisans selling their creations.

Pat and I walk to Lee’s place for her birthday party. There is dancing, good food and great people.

I walk Stephanie home.

I investigate possible software solutions that can be run on the iPhone.

I take a taxi to Madre Tierra and and meet up with Sarah D. . We enjoy lunch and each others company.

I walk back to the square and sit with Maggie outside of Pura Vida.

Pat comes down and the three of go for dinner at Shanta’s.

Pat and I have a tea outside Pura Vida and a fellow named Gino sits with us.
