I have a dream where a frequency cancels out karma in the moment so in essence there is no karma.

I sweep the property.

Marie comes by and we talk for a couple of hours. It great to reconnect.

Jeanette and I have lunch at Belmonte Raw. We share a wrap, salad, juice and dessert. The food is fresh. The orange cardamon chocolate is too strong on the orange essential oil which overpowers the cardamon. The raspberry chocolate is too nutty leaving little of the raspberry flavour.

I have a dark roast coffee across from Belmonte Raw. My first in 6 months. Jeanette is lovely to be with.

Sterling comes over in the afternoon for pizza and to hang out. I enjoy his company and our conversation.

I modify a program.

I go to the Dufferin Market. I enjoy a conversation with Irina.

Kaya and her daughter Molly come over and we make dinner together. We eat in the backyard until the mosquitos have us going to the upper deck under a blanket. I love our time together.

It’s warm and humid and it feels warmer when the wind stops.

I walk Kaya and Molly to the subway.

Up at 7:30 am and on the subway by 8:30 am. The Express GO bus gets me to Hamilton in 45 minutes.

My Sarah meets me at the station. I am very happy to be with her and see the place she calls home. She’s got a great place in a wonderful neighbourhood.

I meet Dan, her boyfriend for the first time. I like him right away.

The three of us go out for lunch at Dan’s friend new restaurant. The food is yummy. Next we go for tea and coffee and then we browse through some of the unique shops in the area.

Later we go see the movie Star Trek – Into the Darkness in 3D.

I am on the GO bus back to the Yoga House at 9 pm and arrive there by 10:30 pm.

Andre is staying overnight at the Yoga House so we spend an hour talking.

I wake up to the sound of rain on the Sky Light.

I program for a couple of hours.

I walk to the farmers market and pick up bee’s wax for Sarah and jam for Heather.

I take the subway to the Eatons Center where the Apple store is. I buy the extended warranty for my iPhone.

I take the streetcar to the MEC store and get the socks I planned on getting and I find a mosquito net also.

I program some more.

I do some programming.

Celeste heads off to enjoy her vacation.

Kaya comes over and we make chocolate together the way I use to with the Champion Juicer.

I walk Kaya to the streetcar. She’s off to teach Yoga.

Lots of chemtrails today.

Jeanette and I head over to the Leslieville farmers market. We sit on the grass and enjoy coconut macaroons and conversation.

I meet up Laura at Christie station and we walk over to a coffee shop, sit in the park and do some more walking. I enjoy getting to know her better.

I get Ethiopian food for take out.

I go to the Brickworks farmers market.

Fanny comes to visit Celeste and we chat upstairs on the balcony.

I meet up with Marika in Kensington Market. Nick joins a while later. Then Duane joins us also. It’s really great to reconnect with everyone.

Nick, Marika, Duane, Angela and I dine at the Hungary Thai restaurant.

I attend a meeting with one of my clients in Mississauga.

I trade my old computer plus some cash for a new unlocked iPhone 5.

Celeste and I go to see the Still Mine movie. My first time in a theatre in over a year.

I feel how scheduled everything and everyone is as I get pulled into those schedules.

I drive out to Georgetown to enjoy lunch with my friend Steve as well as saying hello to people at my client MFT. Steve and I eat lunch at the Glen Oven restaurant. It feels like only yesterday that we ate lunch here. Great conversation.

I walk over to say hello to Shirley and Dollie a few blocks from Celeste’s.

I take the subway and meet up with my friend Sterling. He drives us over to Live on Spadina where we catch up over the combo special of raw food dishes. Though it’s been years since we’ve gotten together it feels like no time has passed.

My old computer is reset to factory condition and ready to be sold.

I take the subway out to a restaurant called Rose and Sons where I meet up with Juno. We share a plate of crisp shoestring french fries. Great to spend some time with Juno.

I take the subway and walk to Darren’s place. He shares his tales of his adventure to India last year.

He does a tuning fork adjustment on my head with his large crystal tuning fork.

We drive over to where Megan is working. It’s the first time I’ve met her in person but she seems so familiar from the videos they did of their trip to India.

Celeste and I sit upstairs talking when Gennie comes over. Immanuel also comes over.

I enjoy a quick call with Heather.

Gennie and I do some authentic movement together. I walk Gennie home in the light rain.

I drive out to Mississauga and meet with Alan and Jordan at the office of Streamline. It’s the first time I meet them in person.

I do some shopping in various places.

Celeste and I sit in the backyard and I show her some of the pictures from Ecuador.

It’s great to see Kathleen. We enjoy lunch on the patio of a restaurant near her place. Kathleen shows me the 3 California redwoods growing in the park.

I drive out to my friend Geoff’s place north of Brampton. Enjoyable conversation with him and his wife Sabina. We have dinner together.

I enjoy a visit with Jeanette at her house and at the park with her son Zack and his friend Luke.

I talk to Heather via Skype.

Celeste and her boyfriend Emmanuel take me out for a belated birthday dinner at the Ethiopian restaurant.

I continue to set up my new computer.

I sleep in until 8 am.

I drive for the first time in a year. It’s the car I use to own. I still like the way it drives.

I drive to the Brickworks farmers market and then the Wichwood farmers market.

I buy the Apple 2gig time capsule.

I meet up with Tara and we enjoy a very flavorful lunch at a very busy Thai restaurant.

I sit outside and visit with Celeste.

Gennie comes by and joins Celeste and I outside.

I give Gennie a ride to her friends place.

I am up at 6 am.

Jeanette picks me up at noon. It’s wonderful to see her.

We drive to the new Live restaurant in Liberty Village. Tara is there and we get a tour of the place. Lots of great products. Tara’s own line of cosmetics. It’s fantastic to see Tara also.

Jeanette and I enjoy the super yummy food.

Jeanette drops me off and I take the subway to Yonge and Sheppard.

I walk to the store where I buy my new MacBook Pro.

The trip to the store takes about 3 hours round trip.

I am happy to talk with Heather.

I proceed to set up the new computer.

I keep waking up early. Today it’s 6 am.

I take the subway and meet up with Kaya at her house. It’s great to reconnect with her. We make lunch together and catch up on what’s been happening in our lives.

I head off to the Dufferin Grove market at 4:30 pm. It’s a great walk under sunny skies with some wind.

I chat with some people I know until the market closes. Feels good.

I make my way back on the subway and go to bed at 11:30 pm.

I am up at 7 am. It takes some time to get my computer to start.

I take care of some tasks.

Clear skies and warm. Flowers bursting forth.

I get a Toronto temporary phone number for my cell phone. 416 890-1650.

I meet up with my Sarah. We walk to Kensington Market and sit outside at the coffee shop. Trees provide shade while we catch up on what’s been going on.

We eat at the Ethiopian restaurant on College for dinner.

I am back at Celeste’s by 8:30pm and get a few minutes to talk with her before she goes to bed.

The long daylight confuses my internal clock.

I dream where I wake up to discover I had slept in. When I went to look at my phone to check the time there weren’t any numbers on the phone. This is when I realize I am dreaming and woke up for real. It was a few minutes before the time for me to wake up. I am up at 3 am.

I cannot figure out how to work the shower to get the hot water to come out so no shower.

At 3:45 m I share a taxi with Howard and Lee, two fellow travels also flying to Panama.

I am checked in by 4:30 am and browse the shops in the airport.

I am sitting working on my computer when a woman comes by and asks me where I got the long power cord for my computer. After talking I discover my iPhone is missing.

I looked around and the same woman comes back.  I tell her that I think my iPhone was stolen. She suggests getting a security guard to see if they can play back the surveillance video. A security guard comes and the woman translates to Spanish for me. I think I might have left it a the last place I sat so I check with the desk nearby – nothing. Then as I walk past where I had been sitting this guy calls out to me and asks I lost my phone? He had it and returned it to me. Yay! That was close.

I go to turn on my password on the phone and notice it is operating in Russian. I take it to the Apple store in the terminal and they set it back to English. Looks like the fellow was Russian?

A couple hours before leaving I arrive at the gate to find a couple of pillows and a blanket. Nap time!

The plane leaves on time and I am Toronto bound. I notice the row of 3 seats next to me are empty so I sit in the window seat. Another person decides to move to the aisle seat so the chance to lie down is gone. The plane is about 2/3 full.

 

The inflight movie is Guilt Trip. Kind of lame.

 

The cabin lights are off and I nap sitting up.

 

5 and half hours later I arrive in Toronto. I catch a taxi back to Celeste’s. The reality of prices here comes home. $70 for a 45 minute ride.

 

I am settled in my bed at 2 am Toronto time or 1 am Ecuador time.

 

I get up at 5 am, stopped at Heather’s before arriving at Loja airport at 7:30 am.

Loja airport is a work in process. No restaurants or other shops.

My flight leaves at 9:25 am and 45 minutes later I arrive at the new Quito airport.

The driver sent to pick me up takes me to my Hosteria. It’s 5 minutes from the airport.

I eat lunch at a local restaurant for $2.

I engage in a conversation with two men from the US, Lee and Howard, who have spent a month in Ecuador checking out the possibility of investing in real estate in Ecuador.

The hosteria offers dinner as an option and I order fries and salad.

I talk with Heather and then with Celeste.

I walk to the market and meet up with Ginna.

Ginna visits with me at my house and Pat arrives a while later.

Heather and I have lunch together.

Jerri comes over and cuts my hair.
