Breakfast at the Juice Factory before meeting up with Trina.

Trina and I are aboard the bus to Loja by 11 am in our quest to buy a boombox to use in Trina’s dance class.

Alas the search for a suitable portable sound device eludes us.

A further quest for mosquito netting at HiperValee turns up empty handed.

My face is flush with sun from lots of walking.

The bus ride back is fun as we listen to songs that inspire new dance ideas for future performances.

We head straight to Pura Vida and share a Calzone (like a folded over pizza) that satisfies our hunger and taste buds.

I enjoy a Jerri hug before taking a taxi home with Pat and his new tenant.

I read Jade’s new blog entry http://passionfruitcowgirl.wordpress.com/2012/11/26/evilcabamba-diary-1/.

Full MOON and eclipse day. Slept in after waking up at sunrise.

Trina comes by. We prepare and eat lunch.

I take a taxi to David’s house in San Joaquin. His house is like a castle with river bed stone walls. I receive a tour of the grounds and the main floor of his home. We prepare a small batch of peanut butter chocolate. He shows me pictures of some of the artifacts in his collection.

I walk the short distance to Ginna’s new home. The place has a great view of the valley. Inside is spacious and warm. We catch up while the sun sets.

I awake from a dream where I am looking for my seat on a commercial flight. I am unable to read the seat number without reading glasses and I wind up back in the airport. In the airport I am unable to find my flight because I am unable to make out the gate on the boarding pass.

The craftsmen arrive to install the windows outside.

Pat, Mark and I walk into the village and take a taxi to Kitzia’s BioFlora farm. Trina, Wil and many other people are there picking up fresh organic produce. It feels incredible to feel connected with everyone. I pick up my pre-ordered 5 pounds of dehydrated organic pineapple.

I accept an invite from Trina to go to Mofwoofoo’s land. Wil and his gardner accompany us. Mofwoofoo lives in a treehouse and has other people staying with him on the land.

The Bathroom

Other Buildings

Back in the village I pick up my package at the post office. My all in one double boiler and my stainless steel dried banana grinder has arrived.

I exchange a hug with Jerri.

I get back to find my deck cleaned, new furniture, new cushions and sliding glass installed on one side.

It’s so great to nap whenever I feel like it.

I make my first batch of pineapple chocolate.

Wonderful dream. I awake at 7 am. My lower lip feels puffy. I think from a mosquito bite.

Jerri arrives after 10 am to cut my hair. This is what it feels like to be cared for. Same as when my daughter cuts my hair. How lovely to sit outside and be cared for. I am very happy with the haircut.

As I reach the 4 corners, Raphael drives by in his taxi and I jump into the back. Nancy is inside. We get out at the Juice Factory.

I stop to ask Wil if Trina is home. He joins me while I eat at Hosteria Vilcabamba. We chat about bitcoins. The Hosteria is out of beef so I opt for the fish meal. Same trimmings as a beef dish.

I walk back to Wil’s place with him. Trina is home. Trina and I catch up while she goes to the Library, we enjoy a juice and she sets up for her dance class.

I get back home as the light shower arrives.

I watch the start of several movies I have downloaded and settle on Black Narcissus.

I apply some of my cream to my exposed skin and add Palo Santo to see if this will keep the lone mosquito at bay.

Road grading in front of the house.

Laundry, programming and paying for my apostilled document take me through the morning.

Vegetarian soup with a plate of rice satisfies my food requirements.

I make a batch of peanut butter chocolate at the Meditation Center.

The rain starts as I take a taxi home.

A mosquito buzzing my ear and taking the occasional bite delayed my sleep last night. I wake at 9:30 am.

I receive a response from the Agency in Germany who will apostille my birth certificate.

I am very happy to receive an email from my Sarah who sends her love and hugs to her Vilcabamba family.

I follow up on a package making it’s way here from Amazon. TransExpress the service that allow me to have a Miami, Florida address and ship things to Ecuador took it upon themselves to take two separate orders and package them as one. This broke the 4 X 4 rule on the wright side. The cost of exceeding the 4 Kilo weight allowance means a tax of 53 % of the value of the shipment. The $160 worth of goods cost  me $80 in shipping and $53 in extorsion (taxes).

I walk into the village via an alternate route that gives me a chance to photgraph my new home from a different vantage point and avoid the dust of passing vehicles.

I eat soup at the place beside Merisol and chat with Stephen.

At the Juice Factory, I sit for several hours listening to Galen share his information on the manipulation of power and control with a couple of new people in the village.

Anna, the new chocolatier in the village, comes in to deliver her chocolate creations for sale at the Juice Factory. I am delighted to say the chocolates are delicious. When you look closely there is a “fortune” inside the wrapper.

Along comes Jerri with her uplifting hug and presence. We sit until her drumming class starts.

I buy my second baguette and walk home.

I lie on my porch illuminated by the setting sun. I drift off for a few minutes.

The last lines in the Rocky Horror Picture Show film.

Lost in time. And lost in space … and meaning.

Pat, Mark & I walk the Vilcabamba loop over to behind the zoo where Tom has taken up residence in a single story house with a wrap around porch close to the river. We visit for an hour and make our way along the other half of the loop.

I grab a cab and lunch alone at the Hosteria Vilcabamba.

Back in the village I pick up some snack food though the Chulpi aka Maiz Tostado eludes me.

Renata and I share a taxi back to my place where she visits briefly before going home.

If you’re wondering how to find me. Walk or take a taxi to the Quatro Escenas from the Plaza Centro. Turn right and walk until this gate appears on your left.

My Gate

Go up the steps and walk right along the front of the house then to the back. Take the metal staircase to the top. You’ve arrived.

I walk into the village and enjoy my Hare Krishna meal enjoying sitting with Ginna and then with Ana & Rebecca. Rebecca shares that one of the vendors has bee’s wax for sale.

Rob arrives and I get my opportunity to pick up my cacao and dried red banana order. 40 pounds of goodies. While in the warehouse I meet Anna, Irena’s sister for the first time.

I do a round trip by taxi to drop off my supplies.

I find the vendor with the bee’s wax and buy what appears to be about a pound.

A nap and being home.

I get up before the construction workers start blocking in the upper part of the end on my porch where the rain comes in.

I warm myself in the sun on the narrow deck that wraps itself around the back of my house. The sun there is available for about an hour in the morning.

I make my way into the village stopping in at Cafe Reike to buy some cream that stops insect bites from itching.

I lunch at the La Longevita Cafeteria on the main road across from the market. which has been closed for several weeks. She makes all the plates of the day from scratch. Today I indulge in spagetti heaped with shrimp in a tomato sauce.

Daren stops in as I am finishing up. It’s great to share some time with him while he finishes his meal. His home is a 3 hour trek up the mountain only accessible by foot, mule or horse.

I enjoy more time with Pat and Mark before catching a ride home with Gaby.

I take a nap.

The field infront of my new home is full of fireflies as I make my way to meet up with Trina at her dance class.

Trina and I make our way to Cafe Cultura for dinner. I feel wonderful sharing time with Trina. I discover things about myself whenever I am with her. The food is delicious too.

I walk Trina to Pura Vida after dinner and from there I make my way home.

Finished packing my belongings. I’ve almost doubled the amount of possessions.

Noon arrives and I call a taxi to take me to my new “Casa”. A one bedroom apartment overlooking the valley and facing Mandango. My outdoor living space is equal to my indoor living space. Richard, my landlord, has had someone complete the framing outside to put large sliding glass in at two ends of the outdoor living space. This will block the rain and winds and make it habitable most of the time.

All my trepidation melts as I unpack. It takes an hour to put everything in place.

The internet checks out good. All systems GO.

I walk into the village. I sit with Sarah D. at the Juice Factory.

I get a Jerri hug before heading home with some fruit. I’ll be making my own fruit bowl now.

The rain comes.

I have my first full cup of coffee since I quit about 3 months ago.

I work in my new outdoor “office”.

Complicated programming almost completed. Power runs out and the thought of losing 4 hours of work lasts only until the computer reboots. Only 10 minutes lost.

Keisha calls and drops off a loaf of their rye bread. Hand ground rye flour makes it very yummy.

Pat, Mark and I lunch at Hosteria Vilcabamba. I order the hamburger and fries. Delicious and only $2.20. Tiramisu for dessert.

Complete the programming task.

Chris, Ei Ei and I dine at an Ecuadorian run restaurant who’s name escapes me right now.

The rain pours hard on the way home.

Mine are LOVE : EXPERIENCE : FRIENDS.

This week’s shift will alter power patterns beyond anything you can imagine.

As a Lightworker, you may try to be grumpy, sad or in pain, but such feelings will not last long as they are no longer your point of interest. Too many sparkles of light will be within your being for you to maintain a cloudy demeanor. You will dance with joy only to have those remaining solidly in the third dimension frown and try to curtail your enthusiasm. They will tell you to be quiet, follow the rules, be careful and continue in pain and sorrow – to experience anything but joy.

This week is the tipping point. No longer are third dimensional beings in control of you or earth.

Previously, you maintained your New Age/new earth beliefs despite hits from those with outer-directed power or the third dimension. After this week, you will not need to curtail your love of life, joy or enthusiasm because you are now the leaders in thought, feelings and action.

Perhaps some of you remember how outraged many were when rock stars of the 60′s starting wearing unusual clothing and let their hair grow longer than was acceptable. Slowly such looks became the norm for rock stars, as well as many adults.

You have slowly (in your mind) transitioned to this week of phenomenal importance in this New Age shift. You are today’s rock stars/trend setters. You are the ones others will emulate and admire.

Welcome to the New Age in all it’s glory and all your sparkle. Those of the third dimension are outdated and old-fashioned.

What will become of those of the third dimension? Nothing other than their importance will be swept aside starting this week. So be it. Amen.

I record Pondo doing a mantra and post it on YouTube for him.

A 3 Peppercorn steak lunch at Vilcabamba Hosteria.

Richard shows me the improvements and I get to do an inspection of my new rental apartment.

I stop by Pat’s and meet his friend Mark.

I wonder when the bread lady sells her bread and see her a moment later. I buy a still warm loaf.

I finish the day working.

I break up the word at-tention. I think of it as at-tension. Do I wish to be that tense?

I am at Heather’s place by 9:30 am to vacuum seal a tray of chocolate for Cricket who is making her way back to the USA.

I mail Alex chocolate.

Pat and I take a taxi to pick up a 2 liter jar each of Carl’s made in Vilcabamba extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil.

Trina arrives at the “office” around noon. I accompany her for lunch. She winds up changing spaces just before teaching her debut dance class.

I make it home before the rain and take a nap. I start watching the movie “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo”.

I meet up with the very happy post dance class Trina. Everything went well.

We enjoy a very unique and delicious pasta special for dinner at Pura Vida.

I finish watching the movie.
